SAVE the Day: Sat 27 July

We still have a few places open for our next program on Saturday 27 July.

SAVE the Day is an evidence-based, experiential program that empowers you with the knowledge and skills you need to survive the most important five seconds of your life.

In a single day we will teach you how to save your own life, or the life of someone you care about, by maximising your chances of surviving asocial violence effectively.

Former participants have escaped, unscathed, attempted armed robberies and violent sexual assaults. But possibly the most important benefit people take from this training is peace of mind.

See below for event details.

Feedback from previous participants

“I felt transformed. From being in denial that violence even existed – to feeling powerful”
“I woke up on Monday morning knowing — if I had to protect my family — I had the knowledge, the intent and the ability to do whatever it took”
“Although it’s confronting, the training is very safe. It gives you confidence that you have options and won’t just freeze or panic”
